1. Introduction At MAVRICK DESIGNS LLC, we are committed to transparency regarding how your data is handled. This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit Family Hub (the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information. Because the App is designed to keep your entire household in sync, it utilizes secure cloud infrastructure to share data across your family's devices in real-time.

2. Information Collection and Use To provide the core functionality of the App, we collect and process the following types of information:

• Account & Profile Data: When you create a Hub, we collect the account email address used for authentication. To build your family profile, you may optionally provide names, phone numbers, and dates of birth for household members to manage permissions and automated tasks.

• User-Generated Content: The App processes and stores the data you actively input or import, including recipes, receipts, calendar events, tasks, and notes, so that it can be synced to other authorized members of your household.

• Subscription & Financial Data: We do not collect or store your credit card numbers. Payments are securely processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive anonymous transaction receipts and purchase tokens to validate your premium features and enforce family seat limits.

• Device Permissions: The App requires access to your Camera and Photo Library strictly for scanning physical documents (like receipts or cookbooks) and importing digital screenshots. Images are processed to extract text and data for your personal ledger and recipe book.

3. Data Storage and Security Orbit Family Hub utilizes secure, industry-standard cloud databases to store your household data, enabling real-time syncing across multiple devices. Your data is restricted to authorized members of your specific Hub. If you choose to permanently delete your account or execute a "Factory Reset" within the App, your data will be permanently removed.

4. Third-Party Services To operate the App efficiently, we act as the Data Controller and utilize trusted third-party Data Processors:

• RevenueCat: Used to securely validate app store receipts, manage subscription entitlements, and track dynamic family seat limits.

• Google / Apple: Used for secure payment processing and app distribution.

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Used for secure user authentication, database hosting, and cloud storage of user-uploaded images.

These third-party services only process your data as necessary to provide the services described above and are bound by their own strict privacy and security standards.

5. Children’s Privacy The primary account holder must be an adult who has the authority to create a family Hub. While parents or guardians may create profiles for minors within their Hub to assign chores or share schedules, the App does not independently or knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted within the App and on our official distribution channels.
