we believe your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit

Count (the "App") handles information. Our core philosophy is

"Local First"—meaning your data stays where it belongs: on your device. 

2. Information
Collection and Use
Personal Data: Orbit

Count does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. 

Usage Data: We do not track how you use the app, how many games you score, or how long you spend in the interface. 

Permissions: The App may request basic system permissions (such as Haptic Feedback/Vibration) strictly to provide the intended user experience. It does not require access to your contacts, camera, or microphone. 

3. Data Storage All session data—including player names, current scores, and game settings—is stored locally on your mobile device. MAVRICK DESIGNS does not have access to this data, and it is not backed up to our servers. If you delete the App, the local data is deleted with it. 

4. Third-Party Services
Orbit Count does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data-sharing SDKs. 

5. Children’s Privacy
Because Orbit Count does not collect any personal information, it is safe for use by individuals of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. 

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our official distribution channels.
